Avion Cuisine uses only the freshest and finest ingredients when preparing their food.  Everything is made in house from the stocks for our soups and sauces, to the mouth watering pastries.  We can accommodate any and all dietary requests.

Brazilian born chef, Fernando Silveira has over 20 years of experience in restaurants in Newport, R.I, Boston, Miami’s South Beach and Napa, California.  He uses fresh ingredients combining the flavors of many cultures using classical techniques.

 

Karolyn Cantin has over 20 years of experience in catering as a pastry chef in the Washington, D.C. area.  She went to school in London at The Cordon Bleu, and studied with the former White House pastry chef Roland Mesnier.

 

 

Our combined experience gives us a broad capability to cater and attend to every detail required for inflight catering.
